SNEDCO Wholesale's shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our members as possible. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping fees for you. For website owners, mail order, home party planners, to recover your shipping costs, you could charge your customers 10% of the retail price for ground shipping with a minimum of $8.95. However, many of our customers create their own custom shipping charts. (Please keep in mind, the shipping carriers also have a minimum charge. They charge by the box, size of the box, and delivery location, not by the weight. That's why it costs the same to ship a 5lb candle retailing at $29.95 and a 2oz necklace retailing at $29.95.)
**EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2013.** Rising energy costs have once again necessitated a minimal, flat rate per order fuel surcharge, based on type of shipping option selected. This fee will automatically be added to your shipping charges. ($4.00 for Rush and $1.00 for all other shipping options.)
GROUND SHIPPING: Continental U.S. (48 States) Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days. (Shipping to a PO Box will be $12.95 minimum shipping fee.) Ground shipping price breaks at order totals of about $850.00. No weekend delivery is available.
ALASKA & HAWAII: Delivery time 5-10 business days. U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military APOs FPOs may take longer to arrive.
CANADA SHIPPING: Delivery time 1-3 weeks. Please note, UPS is the only shipping option for Canada at this time. You are pre-paying all duties and taxes. *Does not include Apparel/Lingerie items as these are usually shipped through FEDEX* (Orders to Canada ship out on Thursdays. Deadline for Thursday shipping is Tuesday by close of business.)
REDUCED GROUND SHIPPING FEE OFFER: To help your profit margin, we now offer reduced domestic ground shipping for orders over $850.00. Delivery time is 7-10 business days. (This offer is not available for residents living in Alaska, Virgin Islands, Hawaii or Canada.)
RUSH 2-DAY SHIPPING: Estimated delivery time 3 business days after order is processed. Available only for the Continental U.S. (Oversized and extremely heavy items do not qualify for Rush 2-Day shipping) No weekend delivery is available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: No International shipping outside of North America is provided at this time.
COD (Cash on Delivery): We're sorry, SNEDCO WHOLESALE does not offer COD shipping at this time.
DELIVERY GUARANTEES: Under no circumstance do we guarantee shipping deliveries by a certain date. All delivery times are estimated. When placing an order, please be sure to allow enough delivery time in case delivery of your shipment is delayed.
Items marked as "may require additional shipping and handling" are bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship. As such, these items have a slightly reduced profit margin. Although we do not charge more for shipping, members wanting to recoop some of this loss could justifiably charge their customers a higher shipping fee or a handling fee for these items.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Once an order is placed on our website, it goes directly to the warehouse for fulfillment. Therefore, once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. You will be able to return the items for a refund minus shipping charges. Please email us at support @snedco.com to let us know you will be returning the unopened boxes/items for a refund. (In rare instances we may be able to cancel your order if it is not already on the trailer ready to go to the shipping carrier. If we are able to cancel your order, you will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee for orders under $300 and $25.00 for orders over $300-$1000 and $50.00 for orders over $1000.)
AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:
In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt, non-pickup, buyer providing the wrong address, or other customer mishap, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee. To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package. Once you have been provided a tracking number, it is a good idea to keep track of your package until it reaches your door.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
Despite all precautions, claims do arise. SNEDCO's adjustment and return policy is truly very simple. We want to protect you and make you feel comfortable - and make certain you get what you pay for. We have established some requirements to make our policies and programs workable. All returns need to obtain a return authorization number
Any problems with an order must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
To obtain SNEDCO's authorization to return a defective or damaged item for replacement, simply call our Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. Defective and damaged items are replaced FREE of charge. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of receipt. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. Shipping fees to customer are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not issue call tags. We do not issue cash refunds. (Defective or damaged Apparel, Lingerie, Costumes, Hosiery and Undergarments must be reported within 3 days of receipt.)
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
- Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by SNEDCO Wholesale.
- Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
- Sample items, large volume discounted items and other items are not returnable.*
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. If an order is returned as "customer refused", return shipping fees will be charged against refund amount in addition to a 25% restocking fee. *All shipping fees are considered a used service and are non-refundable.
RETURN EXCLUSIONS: *ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Some items are non-returnable such as catalogs, brochures, cd's, supplies, kits, business kits, clearance items, large volume discounted items, costumes, lingerie, special ordered and custom stock items. Body Jewelry, Intimate Apparel and Personal Intimate items are non-returnable unless unopened and still in sealed, manufacturers package. (We will exchange costumes for a different size if reported within 3 days of receipt. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.)
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
The shipper covers all merchandise damaged during shipment. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the date of the order date, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, DHL, FedEX and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. If replacement for a damaged item is not possible, a store credit will be applied to your SNEDCO Wholesale account. No cash refunds will be given for damaged, defective or missing items.
